Relyance AI NAT IP Address Migration: Dynamic to Static

Overview

Relyance AI's platform makes outbound connections to your systems for webhooks, API integrations, and data connectors. These connections originate from a set of IP addresses that you have previously allow-listed in your firewalls.

Until now, our egress IP addresses have been managed dynamically by our cloud provider's network address translation (NAT) infrastructure. While this configuration has served us well, it means that under certain scaling conditions, new IP addresses can be added to our outbound pool automatically. Reason for the Change

To provide you with a permanent, stable set of egress IPs, we are migrating to a fully static IP configuration. After this migration:

  • Our outbound traffic will originate only from a fixed set of 5 static IP addresses.
  • No new IPs will ever be added without advance notice and coordination with you.
  • You will have full confidence in exactly which IPs to expect traffic from.

New Static IP Addresses

  • 35.252.192.199
  • 8.229.119.248
  • 34.82.147.48
  • 35.230.10.43
  • 34.182.19.71

Action Required

Step 1: Add the new IPs to your firewall allow list. Add the five static IP addresses listed above alongside your existing Relyance AI allow-list entries.

Important: Do not remove the old IPs yet — leave them in place until we confirm the cutover is complete.

Step 2: Confirm completion. Reply confirming that the new IPs have been added to your allow list. We will not proceed with the cutover until we have received confirmation from you.

Step 3: Remove old IPs (after cutover — we will notify you). Once the migration is complete and verified, we will send a follow-up notification confirming that the old IPs are no longer in use. At that point, you may safely remove the previous IPs from your allow list.


What to Expect During the Migration

  • No downtime is expected. We are using a gradual migration approach that runs the old and new infrastructure in parallel.
  • No action is needed from you during the cutover, provided the new IPs are allow-listed in advance.
  • After the migration, all Relyance AI outbound traffic will exclusively originate from the static IP list.
