# Ortto

Ortto (formerly Autopilot) is a marketing automation platform that helps businesses optimize customer interactions by automating campaigns, tracking customer behavior, and providing analytics. It offers tools for email marketing, customer journey mapping, CRM integration, and multichannel marketing to enhance personalized marketing efforts.

In order to integrate

Ortto with Relyance AI you will need an Ortto

API Key and Instance region

#### In Ortto:

1. Login to your Ortto account
2. In the left-side navigation menu click on **CDP**
3. Click on **Data sources** You will be directed to a "Data sources" page
4. Click on **+ New data source**
5. Select **Custom API (advanced)** option
6. In the **Setup** dialog provide a meaningful name (e.g. 'relyance-integration')
7. Click the **Create** Button in the bottom right corner.
8. This will then show **Connection details** with a **Private API key**
9. Copy the key by clicking **Copy**.
10. To get the **Instance Region:**
    1. Click on **Settings** in the left-side navigation menu
    2. Select **Privacy, security and GDPR settings** and scroll all the way down
    3. You will see **Data hosting** sub-section that mentions where the data is located.

#### In the Relyance AI application:

1. Login to your Relyance account.
2. Navigate to the **Settings** Menu in the bottom left-hand side.
3. Select **Integrations**.
4. Find the **Ortto** integration card and click it to open its connections.
5. Under **Authentication Method**, choose **Custom**.
7. Paste the **API Key** and **Instance region** into their respective fields.

8. Additional Features:
    - Select the **Enable Data Inspection** checkbox if you wish Relyance also to inspect the data.

9. Click **Authenticate**.
10. At this point, you should see the following result on the integrations page:

11. Congratulations, you are now connected to **Ortto**.
